- Transfer from Moscow to the event location will be mainly by air. A ticket for economy class with an extra space seat will be purchased. Hand luggage weighing up to 10 kilograms. The departure airport will be agreed upon in advance.
- Upon arrival, a transfer from the airport (or train station) to the hotel and event venue will be provided. Upon departure from the event location, a return transfer will be arranged to the airport (or train station).
- The hotel will provide a room with a double bed and bathroom.
- Before the performance, there will be a light meal consisting of fresh vegetables, steamed or boiled meat.
- 4 bottles of still water.
- A security guard will be on site during the event.
